Shining a Light
Visible from the world famous Las Vegas Strip, the new Axiom Corporate Center is positioned to make a statement. A dynamic sash of vibrant RGBW color changing and efficient LED defines the façade, enhancing the unique slanted wall design and bejeweling the architecture. BL Neonview Side RGBW lends a subtle and coordinated accent to the magnificent, modern, metal and glass exterior, allowing the building to stand out, without ever being invasive.
Lighting, Enhanced
Specified for energy efficiency, reliability and ability to withstand temperature extremes up to 131°F, BL Neonview with silicone encapsulation was the perfect choice for the southwest Las Vegas climate, which routinely sees temperatures in excess of 115°F. BL Lighting manufactured over 400ft of LED lighting in custom lengths, while adhering to a tight delivery schedule.
Good communication alongside the installation team ensured no details were overlooked, and helped to determine any special requirements, such as extra long wire leads to extend connections from the front of the roof line to the electrical equipment, located in the interior of the structure. The weatherproof IP68 rated seamless, injection molded connections made it easy to achieve continuous lines of uniform illumination on the exterior of the building.
To facilitate streamlined installation on site, BL Power accessories were used, integrating LED Drivers, Surge Protectors, DMX Decoders, controllers and more in a waterproof PVC junction box, suitable for wet or dry locations.
The clients can easily take charge of their colorful illuminated displays using BL Controls Cato touch screen + App, utilizing the built-in intuitive wall mount LCD touchscreen interface, or remotely via the app. Our services included close consultation, programming and controls support and were provided as part of the standard BL Technical package. The controller shipped pre-loaded with a plethora of ready to select inspiring scenes and color palettes. The results are carefully curated displays of energetic and eye-catching dynamism along the curving glass, where the lighting is always ready to reflect special observances, holidays, local heroes and sports team colors at the drop of a hat.
Inspired by Light
The present Class “A”, energy efficient, 160,000 SF upscale office complex, developed by Sansone Companies and designed by Henderson, Nevada based architects Yihong Liu + Associates, outshines the competition in the southwest valley and beyond, beautifully orchestrated with its detailed integration of architecture and lighting.
A visually appealing and powerful lighting scheme creates a signature space. Axiom is raising the bar and sparking positive growth in this local hotspot. Employing LED technology, with exclusive properties of durability and efficiency, ensures that BL Lighting’s sustainable specialty lighting products are engineered to weather the harsh desert climate, and tackle the environmental challenges of the planet, today, and into the future.
