We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant to be the driving force behind our product presentations, trade show logistics, and promotional activities. You’ll coordinate virtual showcases, manage merchandise, capture engaging content, and maintain our marketing calendar—playing a vital role in strengthening relationships with our clients.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
- 1+ year of relevant work experience in Sales and Marketing
- Photography or Videography experience
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to clients daily, following up on projects, events, and other touchpoints.
- Coordinating and maintaining organization of our physical and digital marketing materials, swag merchandise and product samples.
- Communicate and coordinate logistics for events, newsletters, mailings, and related activities via phone, email, and in-person.
- Lead follow-up and data entry from trade shows and other events.
- Collaborate with the design team to create and execute client engagement strategies, website content, and social media/email marketing campaigns.
- Support sales activities and maintain and update the marketing calendar.
Our preferred candidate will have demonstrated the following:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience coordinating events, including logistics planning and follow-up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing content and client interactions.
- Keen attention to detail for accuracy in project management and marketing materials.
- Creativity in developing engaging content, including newsletter contributions and video scripts.
- Photography, videography, and editing skills.
