Role Overview
BL Lighting is looking for a professional, organized, and confident Product Training & Sales Enablement Specialist to help agencies, distributors, customers, and internal team members better understand BL Lighting products.
This is a communication, training, product education, and sales-support role. The successful candidate will learn BL Lighting’s product line and help deliver clear, practical product presentations and training sessions.

What You’ll Do
- Learn BL Lighting’s product line and explain it clearly to different audiences
- Support product training for sales agencies, distributors, customers, and internal staff
- Deliver online and in-person product presentations when required
- Help support new product education and launch communication
- Assist with product talking points, training notes, presentation outlines, and follow-up communication
- Support local distributor visits, customer education, product events, and trade show preparation when required
- Track training activity, questions, feedback, and follow-up items
- Work with sales, technical support, quotations, product, design/marketing, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
The right person is confident presenting information, organized with follow-up, and able to learn technical products over time.
Strong candidates may have experience in:
- Product training
- Sales enablement
- Technical sales support
- Customer education
- B2B presentations
- Product marketing support
- Lighting, electrical, architecture, design, construction, manufacturing, or building products
- Webinars, product demos, Lunch and Learns, or training sessions
- LinkedIn posts, newsletters, product updates, or customer-facing communication
Required Qualities
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking to groups online and in person
- Able to learn technical products and explain them simply
- Strong writing, organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
- Comfortable using tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, or similar platforms
- Willing to ask technical questions and confirm answers rather than guessing
- Able to work full-time in person at our Vancouver office
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence or equivalent
- Comfortable with occasional local travel for distributor visits, training, customer events, or trade show support
